From Uncertainty to Opportunity: My Journey to Artificial Intelligence

Hello readers,

I’m Mayuresh Saitwal, a 2020 graduate in Computer Engineering. After graduation, I spent some time freelancing and searching for a job. However, the aftermath of the COVID pandemic made it challenging, and as the years went by, I found myself lacking direction in my career.

One day, out of the blue, I saw a newspaper post about a Data Science and Artificial Intelligence course being offered by COEP. As someone who had always been passionate about Machine Learning, this opportunity sparked a new hope in me. The very next day, I visited COEP and inquired about the course. Dr. Kushal Sir, despite the course being 1.5 months in, noticed my excitement and eagerness to learn. He kindly admitted me, even though I had joined late.

Under Dr. Kushal's guidance, I received immense support in my studies and projects. His encouragement and mentorship helped me grow in this field, and I am proud to share that I secured an internship as a Python/AI Developer at KseminGRC.

Looking back, this unexpected turn of events was the key to reigniting my passion and shaping my career path. If I could give any advice, it would be to never lose hope, even when things seem uncertain. Opportunities often come when you least expect them.
